Jump on the barrels to reach an Oil on the top rack of the shelf in the corner. Turn around and head into the back right corner near the barrels and shelves. To the left of this passage, near the torch, is an Oil on the ground. Walk down the stairs and head right to see a rock collapse blocking one of the passages. Note that as soon as you enter, Daniel will intentionally lose some sanity.
